{\noindent Gentlemen:}

Donna Elizabeth Hussain, the trustee for the Bernice D. Samuel Trust
(employer identi\-fi\-ca\-tion number 856073733)
is currently in New Zealand and all of her tax information appears to  
have been lost in the mails while enroute to New Zealand.  She has asked
me to help with the 1041 report for the above Trust. I am, accordingly,
sending her the original of the attached copy for her signature but
in view of the lateness of the date I am sending you a copy at this time.

As you will note, all of the taxable proceeds from this fund have been
paid to the bene\-fi\-ciary and there is no tax due from the
Trust itself.  The income to the bene\-fi\-ciary has already been reported
in the joint return filed by Mrs. Samuel and the under\-signed and the tax
has been paid.

It is my understanding that Mrs. Hussain and her husband have until June to
file their tax returns because of their extended stay abroad.
